What areas do you service?

We support travel anywhere in the US, with specialized expertise in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Orange County, and Las Vegas. Our team has deep local knowledge of these areas.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for best availability, especially for popular restaurants and events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Payment is processed securely in USD.

Can I modify my booking after payment?

Yes, modifications can be made depending on your plan. Please refer to our refund policy for specific details about changes and cancellations.

Do you provide emergency services?

No, Tabi Together does not provide emergency services. In urgent situations, please call 911. We focus on travel coordination and concierge support.

What languages do you support?

We provide full support in both English and Japanese. All communication can be conducted in your preferred language.

How do I communicate with my concierge?

Depending on your plan, communication is available via LINE, email, or phone. Response times vary by plan level.

What's included in the booking fee?

Our booking fee covers our coordination and concierge services. Third-party costs (restaurant bills, event tickets, etc.) are paid separately by you directly to the vendor.
